Output is an 8-bit RGB PSD with one rendered pixel layer, its transparency and a saved composite. It does not recreate source layers, masks, editable text, sensor RAW data or HDR range. The developed SDR image is the editing starting point.
Will PSD still be an editable camera RAW?+
Neutral camera development to 8-bit sRGB; original RAW precision and the camera JPEG look are not retained. Only the first RAW image in each file is developed. Metadata preservation depends on source fields and the selected output writer.
